Kissu User & Community Policy

Effective Date: 2 October 2026

Kissu is an adults-only dating and social matching service designed to help people discover, match, communicate, and form genuine connections.

This User & Community Policy explains the basic standards expected from everyone who uses Kissu.

This Policy supplements Kissu's Terms of Service and Acceptable Use Policy. If there is a conflict between this Policy and the Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy, the Terms of Service and Acceptable Use Policy will control.

1. Adults Only — 18+

Kissu is strictly for adults.

You must be at least 18 years old and have reached the applicable legal age of majority in your jurisdiction to create an account or use Kissu.

Users must not:

• Misrepresent their age;
• Create an account for an underage person;
• Help a minor access Kissu;
• Solicit or groom minors;
• Create, request, possess, distribute, promote, or facilitate child sexual abuse material (CSAM); or
• Participate in or facilitate child sexual exploitation and abuse (CSEA).

Suspected underage accounts may be restricted or removed.

2. Be Authentic

Kissu users should represent themselves truthfully.

You must not:

• Impersonate another person;
• Use another person's identity deceptively;
• Create fake or fraudulent dating profiles;
• Materially misrepresent your age or identity;
• Use stolen profile photographs;
• Misrepresent yourself for fraudulent purposes; or
• Falsely claim to represent Kissu, Kuteking Global, LLC, or another organization.

3. Respect Consent and Boundaries

Every interaction on Kissu must respect the other person's choices and boundaries.

A match does not create an obligation to respond, continue talking, share personal information, move to a Private Lounge, meet in person, or enter into any relationship.

Purchasing VIP, sending a gift, purchasing a Boost, using a Super Like, or accessing another premium feature does not give anyone a right to another person's attention, contact information, consent, or continued communication.

If another user clearly indicates that they do not want further communication, respect that decision.

4. Harassment, Threats and Abuse Are Prohibited

Users must not:

• Harass another person;
• Threaten or intimidate another person;
• Stalk another user;
• Repeatedly contact someone who has clearly disengaged;
• Blackmail or extort another person;
• Encourage violence or abuse;
• Coordinate harassment against another person;
• Threaten to expose another person's private information; or
• Use Kissu to facilitate abuse or exploitation.

5. Sexual and Explicit Content

Kissu is a dating platform, not an adult-content platform.

Sexually explicit content is prohibited in public-facing or discoverable areas of Kissu, including:

• Profile photographs;
• Profile biographies;
• Stories;
• Public or discoverable media; and
• Other publicly visible profile content.

This applies even when sexually explicit content involves consenting adults.

Content involving minors, sexual exploitation, sexual violence, coercion, trafficking, CSAM, CSEA, or non-consensual intimate imagery is strictly prohibited throughout Kissu.

6. Non-Consensual Intimate Content

Kissu prohibits non-consensual intimate imagery (NCII), sometimes referred to as revenge porn.

Users must not:

• Upload, send, distribute, or threaten to distribute another person's intimate content without consent;
• Use intimate images or information to threaten, embarrass, blackmail, or control another person;
• Request or distribute intimate content obtained without consent; or
• Encourage another person to engage in such conduct.

7. No Human Trafficking or Exploitation

Kissu has zero tolerance for human trafficking, sex trafficking, sexual exploitation, child exploitation, or abuse.

Kissu must not be used to recruit, solicit, advertise, transport, coordinate, facilitate, aid, abet, encourage, promote, conceal, or participate in human trafficking, sex trafficking, exploitation, or abuse.

Users must not knowingly assist another person or organization in using Kissu for trafficking, exploitation, or abuse.

8. No Commercial Sexual Services

Kissu must not be used to advertise, arrange, buy, sell, or facilitate:

• Prostitution;
• Escort services;
• Paid sexual encounters;
• Commercial sexual services;
• Sexual exploitation;
• Sex trafficking; or
• Other unlawful adult services.

9. No Scams or Financial Exploitation

Users must not use Kissu to:

• Conduct romance scams;
• Fraudulently request money;
• Steal financial information;
• Conduct investment or cryptocurrency scams;
• Request passwords or authentication codes;
• Send phishing links;
• Distribute malware;
• Commit identity theft;
• Extort or blackmail another person; or
• Financially exploit another user.

Be cautious if another user asks you to send money, cryptocurrency, gift cards, verification codes, banking information, or other financial credentials.

10. Illegal Activity Is Prohibited

Kissu must not be used to engage in, organize, promote, facilitate, encourage, aid, or abet illegal activity.

Users are responsible for complying with laws that apply to them and their use of the Service.

11. Spam and Platform Manipulation

Users must not:

• Send unsolicited bulk messages;
• Create accounts primarily for spam;
• Use unauthorized bots or automation;
• Manipulate Kissu's matching systems;
• Manipulate referral or affiliate programs;
• Fraudulently obtain Kissu rewards;
• Manipulate gifts, Boosts, or premium systems;
• Create accounts to evade restrictions or bans;
• Attempt to bypass safety or moderation controls;
• Attempt to bypass payment controls; or
• Interfere with the security or operation of Kissu.

12. Profiles, Photos and Stories

Content submitted to profiles, Stories, and other Kissu features must comply with Kissu's policies.

Users must not upload or publish content that:

• They do not have the right to use;
• Impersonates or deceives other users;
• Contains prohibited sexually explicit material;
• Exploits or endangers another person;
• Contains CSAM or promotes CSEA;
• Contains non-consensual intimate imagery;
• Promotes trafficking or exploitation;
• Facilitates fraud or illegal activity; or
• Otherwise violates Kissu's policies or applicable law.

13. Kissu Chat

Kissu's built-in chat allows eligible matched users to communicate through the Service.

Users must follow this Policy while using Kissu Chat.

Kissu may operate safety and moderation systems designed to detect fraud, abuse, prohibited content, exploitation, or other violations in Kissu-operated communication features, as further described in our Privacy Policy.

14. Private Lounge

Private Lounge is an optional feature that may allow eligible matched users to continue communicating through Telegram.

Moving a conversation into a Private Lounge must be voluntary.

Users should exercise caution before sharing phone numbers, addresses, financial information, identification documents, passwords, or other sensitive information.

The availability of Private Lounge does not remove a user's obligation to follow Kissu's Terms of Service, Acceptable Use Policy, or applicable law.

15. Gifts, VIP and Premium Features

Kissu may provide optional digital products such as VIP, Gifts, Boosts, Super Likes, and other premium features.

Purchasing or sending a digital product does not purchase another person's consent, affection, response, personal information, or continued interaction.

Users must not use premium features to harass, pressure, manipulate, exploit, or deceive another person.

16. Reporting and Blocking

If you encounter behavior that violates Kissu's policies, you should use available reporting or blocking tools.

Reports may be reviewed by Kissu and may contribute to appropriate safety or enforcement actions.

If you believe you or another person is in immediate physical danger, contact the appropriate local emergency or law-enforcement authority.

17. Safety and Moderation

Kissu may use user reports, administrative review, automated systems, and AI-assisted technologies to help identify potential fraud, abuse, exploitation, prohibited content, suspicious activity, and other violations.

Depending on the circumstances and available information, potential violations may result in content review or enforcement actions.

Automated systems and moderation processes are not perfect, and Kissu cannot guarantee that every violation or harmful user will be detected.

18. Enforcement

Depending on the nature and seriousness of a violation, Kissu may take actions including:

• Removing content;
• Issuing warnings;
• Restricting features;
• Restricting profile visibility;
• Temporarily suspending an account;
• Permanently terminating an account;
• Preventing attempts to circumvent enforcement; or
• Preserving or disclosing information where required or permitted by applicable law.

Serious matters involving child exploitation, human trafficking, sexual exploitation, credible threats, fraud, or other unlawful activity may be escalated to appropriate authorities where required or permitted by law.

20. Changes to This Policy

Kissu may update this User & Community Policy as the Service, applicable laws, safety standards, or our operations change.

When changes are made, we will update the effective date. Where appropriate or legally required, additional notice may be provided.
