Kissu Terms of Service

Welcome to Kissu. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Kissu, including the Kissu Telegram bot, Telegram Mini App, website, built-in chat, Private Lounge features, and related services (collectively, the “Service”).

Kissu is operated by Kuteking Global, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (“Kissu,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing or using Kissu, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

1. Eligibility and Adults-Only Service

Kissu is strictly for adults.

You must be at least 18 years old and have reached the legal age of majority applicable to you to create an account or use Kissu.

By using Kissu, you represent that:

• You meet these age requirements;
• You have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms; and
• You are not prohibited by applicable law from using the Service.

Minors are not permitted to use Kissu. We may suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts where we reasonably believe the eligibility requirements have been violated.

2. Description of the Service

Kissu is an online dating and social matching service operating primarily through Telegram.

The Service may allow eligible adult users to:

• Create and manage dating profiles;
• Discover other users;
• Express interest in other profiles;
• Match when interest is mutual;
• Communicate through Kissu’s built-in chat;
• Use Stories and other social discovery features;
• Access optional Private Lounge features through Telegram;
• Send eligible digital gifts or use profile-visibility features;
• Purchase or receive optional premium features, including Kissu VIP; and
• Use other features that Kissu may introduce from time to time.

Kissu does not guarantee that any user will receive matches, messages, dates, relationships, or any particular outcome from using the Service.

We may modify, improve, suspend, or discontinue features where reasonably necessary.

3. User Accounts and Profile Information

You agree to provide accurate and truthful information and not intentionally misrepresent your identity, age, intentions, or other material profile information.

You are responsible for activity associated with your account and for maintaining appropriate security over your Telegram account and other credentials used to access Kissu.

You may not create an account for another person without authorization, impersonate another person, or operate accounts for fraudulent, deceptive, abusive, or prohibited purposes.

4. User Conduct and Safety

Kissu is intended for lawful, consensual interactions between adults.

You must not use Kissu to:

• Engage in illegal activity;
• Harass, threaten, stalk, intimidate, abuse, or exploit another person;
• Commit or facilitate fraud, scams, extortion, blackmail, or financial exploitation;
• Impersonate another person or materially misrepresent your identity;
• Promote or facilitate prostitution, escort services, commercial sexual services, or sexual exploitation;
• Promote or facilitate sexual violence, coercion, or abuse;
• Share non-consensual intimate imagery or other non-consensual sexual content;
• Exploit, endanger, groom, solicit, or sexually abuse a minor;
• Create, possess, distribute, solicit, promote, or facilitate child sexual abuse material (“CSAM”) or child sexual exploitation and abuse (“CSEA”);
• Engage in human trafficking or sex trafficking;
• Recruit, solicit, advertise, transport, coordinate, facilitate, aid, abet, encourage, or otherwise support the trafficking or exploitation of any person;
• Use Kissu to arrange, promote, or facilitate unlawful transactions or services;
• Send spam, malicious links, malware, or other harmful material;
• Attempt to circumvent Kissu’s safety, moderation, payment, or access controls; or
• Encourage, assist, or facilitate another person in violating these Terms.

Violations may result in content removal, feature restrictions, account suspension, or permanent termination.

5. Human Trafficking, Abuse and Exploitation

Kissu has zero tolerance for human trafficking, sex trafficking, sexual exploitation, child exploitation, or abuse of any person.

No person may use Kissu to recruit, solicit, advertise, facilitate, coordinate, aid, abet, encourage, promote, conceal, or participate in human trafficking, sex trafficking, sexual exploitation, abuse, or related unlawful conduct.

Kissu also prohibits users from knowingly assisting another person or organization in using the Service for trafficking, exploitation, or abuse.

Where appropriate and permitted or required by applicable law, Kissu may preserve relevant information, restrict or terminate accounts, and cooperate with appropriate law-enforcement or other competent authorities in connection with suspected unlawful activity.

6. Sexual and Explicit Content

Kissu is a dating service, not an adult-content or sexual-services platform.

Sexually explicit content is prohibited in public-facing areas of Kissu, including profile photographs, profile biographies, Stories, and other public profile content.

This prohibition applies even where sexually explicit material depicts consenting adults.

Content involving sexual exploitation, sexual violence, minors, CSAM, CSEA, or non-consensual intimate imagery is strictly prohibited throughout the Service.

7. User Content

You remain responsible for content you submit to Kissu, including profile information, photographs, Stories, messages, and other material.

You represent that you have the necessary rights to submit your content and that doing so does not violate applicable law, another person’s rights, or these Terms.

You grant Kuteking Global, LLC a limited, non-exclusive license to host, store, process, display, reproduce, and otherwise use your content only as reasonably necessary to operate, secure, moderate, maintain, and improve the Service, subject to our Privacy Policy.

We may remove or restrict content that violates these Terms, our Acceptable Use Policy, applicable law, or our safety requirements.

8. Matching, Communication and Private Lounges

Kissu facilitates introductions between users but does not guarantee compatibility, identity, intentions, behavior, or relationship outcomes.

Users are responsible for deciding whether and how to interact with other users.

Kissu provides built-in communication features. Eligible matched users may also have access to an optional Private Lounge that allows them to continue their interaction through Telegram.

Participation in any conversation or Private Lounge must be voluntary. Purchasing VIP, a gift, or any other premium feature does not entitle a user to another person’s attention, contact information, consent, or continued communication.

Users should exercise caution before sharing personal information, sending money, or meeting another person offline.

9. Reporting, Blocking and Enforcement

Users may have access to tools for reporting or blocking other users.

We may investigate reports and take appropriate action based on the information available to us. Enforcement actions may include warnings, content removal, feature restrictions, suspension, or permanent account termination.

Serious violations involving exploitation, trafficking, threats, child safety, fraud, or other unlawful activity may be escalated where required or permitted by applicable law.

Our enforcement decisions are intended to protect users and the integrity of the Service, but we cannot guarantee that every violation will be detected or prevented.

10. Payments, Digital Purchases and Subscriptions

Kissu may offer optional paid digital products and services, including VIP subscriptions, gifts, boosts, and other premium features.

Purchases made within Telegram may be processed through Telegram Stars or other payment methods permitted by the applicable platform and law. Eligible purchases made outside Telegram may be processed by third-party payment providers.

Prices, billing periods, renewal terms, and applicable conditions will be presented before purchase.

Except where otherwise stated or required by applicable law, completed digital purchases may be non-refundable. Any applicable refund and cancellation rights are further described in Kissu’s Refund and Cancellation Policy.

Kissu may change prices or premium offerings prospectively. Changes will not retroactively alter completed purchases except where required by law.

11. No Commercial Sexual Services

Kissu must not be used to advertise, solicit, purchase, sell, arrange, or facilitate:

• Prostitution;
• Escort services;
• Paid sexual encounters;
• Sexual services;
• Commercial sexual exploitation;
• Trafficking; or
• Other unlawful adult services.

Accounts engaging in such conduct may be permanently removed.

12. Termination

You may stop using Kissu at any time.

We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access where we reasonably determine that a user has:

• Violated these Terms or applicable policies;
• Created a safety risk;
• Engaged in fraudulent, abusive, exploitative, or illegal conduct;
• Attempted to circumvent enforcement measures; or
• Created legal, regulatory, security, or operational risk for Kissu or its users.

Where appropriate, we may also preserve information relating to serious violations as required or permitted by law.

13. Third-Party Services

Kissu operates in connection with third-party services, including Telegram and payment, hosting, infrastructure, and other technology providers.

Your use of third-party services may also be governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

Kissu is not responsible for the independent operation of third-party platforms or services to the extent permitted by applicable law.

14. Disclaimers

Kissu is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, that every profile or statement made by another user is accurate, that every harmful user will be detected, or that using Kissu will result in matches, dates, relationships, or any particular outcome.

Users should exercise appropriate judgment and caution when interacting with people online or meeting them offline.

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or protections that cannot lawfully be excluded.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Kuteking Global, LLC and its affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability where such limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes to Kissu, applicable law, safety requirements, or our business operations.

When appropriate, we will update the effective date and provide notice of material changes.

Your continued use of Kissu after revised Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.

17. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles, except where mandatory consumer-protection or other applicable laws provide otherwise.

These policies should be read together with these Terms.
