Welcome to Kissu. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Kissu dating and matchmaking platform, including our website, Telegram bot, Mini App, and related services.

Kissu is operated by Kuteking Global, LLC. By creating an account or using Kissu, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into these Terms to use Kissu.

You may not use Kissu if you are prohibited from doing so under applicable law.

2. Kissu Services

Kissu is an online dating and matchmaking platform that allows eligible adults to create profiles, discover other users, express interest, match, communicate, and use additional social and premium features.

Kissu does not guarantee that you will receive matches, messages, dates, relationships, or any particular outcome from using the service.

3. Accounts and Profiles

You agree to provide accurate information and not impersonate another person. You are responsible for activity associated with your account.

You may not create accounts for fraudulent, deceptive, abusive, commercial-spam, or unlawful purposes.

4. User Conduct

You must not use Kissu to:

• Harass, threaten, stalk, exploit, or abuse another person;
• Impersonate another person or create deceptive profiles;
• Conduct scams, fraud, or request money deceptively;
• Distribute malware, phishing links, or harmful content;
• Promote illegal activities;
• Post content that violates another person's rights;
• Use automated systems, bots, scraping, or spam without authorization;
• Use Kissu for prostitution, escort services, or sexually oriented commercial services;
• Attempt to circumvent Kissu safety or security systems.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of content you submit to Kissu.

By submitting content, you grant Kissu the limited rights necessary to host, process, display, moderate, and distribute that content as required to operate and improve the service.

You must have the necessary rights to content you upload.

6. Matches and Communications

Users are responsible for deciding whether and how to interact with other users.

Exercise caution before sharing personal information, sending money, following external links, or meeting another user offline.

If you meet someone in person, consider meeting in a public place and informing someone you trust about your plans.

7. Private Lounges

Kissu may provide Private Lounges that allow matched users to continue their conversations in a private Telegram environment.

Users remain responsible for their communications and for deciding what personal information they share.

8. VIP and Premium Features

Kissu may offer optional paid VIP subscriptions and other premium features.

Pricing, duration, included features, currency, and applicable renewal information will be shown before purchase.

Premium features may change as Kissu develops. Material changes will not remove rights already required by applicable consumer law.

9. Payments

Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers depending on where and how you purchase Kissu services.

Purchases made through Telegram may be subject to Telegram's payment rules and applicable platform terms.

Purchases made through the Kissu website may be processed by an authorized payment provider.

10. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation and refund eligibility is described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer rights that apply to you under applicable law.

11. Safety, Blocking and Reporting

Users may report or block other users where these tools are available. Kissu may investigate reports and take appropriate action.

12. Suspension and Termination

Kissu may restrict, suspend, or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, create safety risks, abuse the platform, engage in fraudulent activity, or violate applicable law.

13. Third-Party Services

Kissu may rely on third-party services including Telegram, hosting, storage, analytics, identity/safety services, and payment providers. Those services may be governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

14. Service Availability

We work to keep Kissu available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.

15. Disclaimer

To the extent permitted by law, Kissu is provided on an "as available" basis. Kissu does not perform a guarantee of the identity, intentions, conduct, compatibility, or background of every user.

16. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Kuteking Global, LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of Kissu.

This provision does not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

17. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms as Kissu develops or as legal and operational requirements change. The current version will be published on this page with an updated effective date.
