Protect Your Personal Information

Do not share passwords, verification codes, financial information or other highly sensitive information with another user.

Never Send Money

Be cautious if another user asks for money, cryptocurrency, gift cards or financial assistance.

Watch for Suspicious Links

Avoid unknown links and report suspicious requests, phishing attempts or unusual financial offers.

Take Your Time

Do not allow another person to pressure you into sharing contact information, moving conversations elsewhere, or meeting before you are comfortable.

Meeting Offline

For a first meeting, consider choosing a public place, arranging your own transportation and telling someone you trust where you are going.

Respect Boundaries

Harassment, threats, coercion, impersonation and abusive behavior are not permitted on Kissu.

Block and Report

If someone makes you uncomfortable or you suspect fraud or abuse, use Kissu's available block/report tools or contact Support.

Emergency Situations

Kissu is not an emergency service. If you believe you or another person is in immediate danger, contact the appropriate local emergency service or law-enforcement authority.
