Law Enforcement Guidelines

These guidelines explain how authorized law enforcement and government authorities may submit legal requests concerning Kissu.

Kissu is operated by Kuteking Global, LLC.

1. Legal Requests

Kissu reviews requests for user information in accordance with applicable law.

Requests should be submitted by an authorized law enforcement or government representative and should clearly identify the legal authority supporting the request.

2. Information Required

A request should include, where applicable:

• Name of the requesting agency;
• Name, title and official contact information of the requesting officer or representative;
• The applicable legal process or authority;
• The specific Kissu account or user being identified;
• Relevant Telegram user ID, username or other available account identifier;
• A clear description of the information requested;
• The relevant date range;
• The purpose or legal basis of the request;
• A copy of the applicable warrant, subpoena, court order or other legal documentation.

3. Scope of Requests

Requests should be specific and appropriately limited to information relevant to the investigation or legal process.

Submission of a request does not guarantee that Kissu possesses the requested information or that the information can legally be disclosed.

4. Preservation Requests

Authorized law enforcement agencies may submit a valid preservation request where permitted by applicable law.

The request should clearly identify the relevant account and the information to be preserved.

5. Emergency Requests

If law enforcement believes there is an emergency involving an imminent risk of death or serious physical injury, the request should clearly state that it is an emergency and explain the nature of the threat and the information requested.

Kissu will evaluate emergency requests in accordance with applicable law and the circumstances presented.

6. User Notification

Kissu may notify affected users about requests for their information unless prohibited by law, court order, or where notification would otherwise be inappropriate under applicable law.

7. Data Availability

Kissu can only provide information that it possesses or controls and is legally permitted or required to disclose.

Certain information associated with Telegram or other third-party services may be controlled by those providers and may need to be requested directly from them.
