Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") explains the standards that apply when using Kissu, an online dating and matchmaking platform operated by Kuteking Global, LLC.

1. Adults Only — 18+

Kissu is intended exclusively for adults aged 18 or older. Individuals under 18 are prohibited from creating or maintaining a Kissu account.

Kissu applies an age restriction during account creation and rejects ages below 18. Where Kissu reasonably suspects that an account belongs to a minor, we may restrict or suspend the account while reviewing the matter.

2. Prohibited Sexual and Exploitative Content

Users must not use Kissu to publish, request, promote or distribute:

• Child sexual abuse or exploitation material;
• Sexual content involving or appearing to involve minors;
• Non-consensual intimate content;
• Sexual exploitation, trafficking or coercion;
• Prostitution, escort services or commercial sexual services;
• Content that facilitates sexual abuse or exploitation.

3. Harassment and Abuse

Users must not:

• Harass, threaten, stalk or intimidate others;
• Engage in coercive or abusive behavior;
• Repeatedly contact someone after being asked to stop;
• Promote violence or credible threats of harm.

4. Fraud, Scams and Impersonation

Users must not:

• Impersonate another person;
• Create intentionally deceptive profiles;
• Conduct romance, investment or financial scams;
• Request money through fraudulent or deceptive claims;
• Send phishing, malware or malicious links;
• Use Kissu for spam or unauthorized commercial solicitation.

5. Illegal Activity

Kissu may not be used to promote, facilitate or conduct activity that violates applicable law.

6. Unauthorized Automation

Users may not use unauthorized bots, scripts, scraping tools, automated account creation or other systems intended to manipulate, abuse or interfere with Kissu.

7. Reporting and Blocking

Kissu provides reporting and blocking controls that allow users to report suspected abuse, scams, impersonation, harassment and other violations.

Reports may be reviewed and appropriate action may be taken, including warnings, restrictions, suspension or account termination.

8. Detection and Enforcement

Kissu uses platform controls designed to identify and respond to violations. These may include:

• Enforced 18+ age restrictions during registration and profile updates;
• User reporting and blocking systems;
• Review of reported profiles and activity;
• Administrative moderation tools;
• Account and activity signals used to identify suspicious behavior;
• Restrictions, suspension or termination of accounts that violate this policy.

Kissu may investigate suspected violations and take appropriate action based on the nature and severity of the conduct.

9. Serious Safety Violations

Where appropriate and legally required, Kissu may preserve relevant information and respond to valid requests from authorized law-enforcement authorities.

10. Enforcement

Violation of this policy may result in removal of content, restriction of features, account suspension or permanent termination. Serious or repeated violations may result in additional action where required by applicable law.
