Kissu Acceptable Use Policy

Effective Date: 2 October 2026

This Acceptable Use Policy (“Policy”) explains the rules that apply when using Kissu, including the Kissu Telegram bot, Telegram Mini App, website, built-in chat, Stories, Private Lounge features, and related services (collectively, the “Service”).

Kissu is operated by Kuteking Global, LLC.

This Policy forms part of and should be read together with Kissu's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

By accessing or using Kissu, you agree to comply with this Policy. Violations may result in content removal, feature restrictions, suspension, termination, or other appropriate action.

1. Adults Only — Users Must Be 18 or Older

Kissu is strictly for adults.

You must be at least 18 years old and have reached the applicable legal age of majority in your jurisdiction to create an account, access, or use Kissu.

Users must not:

• Misrepresent their age in order to access Kissu;
• Create or operate a Kissu account for a minor;
• Allow or assist a person under 18 to access Kissu;
• Use Kissu to contact, solicit, groom, exploit, or endanger minors; or
• Encourage, facilitate, aid, or assist any underage person in using the Service.

If Kissu becomes aware that a user is under 18 or otherwise below the applicable legal age required to use the Service, the account may be restricted or terminated.

2. Illegal Activity Is Prohibited

Kissu must not be used for any illegal or unlawful activity.

Users must not use Kissu to commit, attempt, organize, advertise, solicit, promote, coordinate, facilitate, encourage, aid, abet, conceal, finance, or otherwise participate in conduct that violates applicable law.

This includes, without limitation:

• Fraud and financial crimes;
• Identity theft;
• Extortion and blackmail;
• Human trafficking;
• Sex trafficking;
• Sexual exploitation;
• Child exploitation;
• Sexual violence;
• Stalking;
• Credible threats of violence;
• Non-consensual intimate imagery;
• Illegal commercial sexual activity;
• Distribution of unlawful content;
• Unauthorized access to accounts or systems;
• Phishing or theft of credentials;
• Money laundering;
• Other criminal or unlawful conduct.

The fact that a particular illegal activity is not specifically named in this Policy does not make it permitted.

3. Human Trafficking, Sex Trafficking and Exploitation

Kissu has zero tolerance for human trafficking, sex trafficking, sexual exploitation, forced sexual activity, or the exploitation of any person.

Users must not use Kissu to recruit, solicit, advertise, arrange, transport, harbor, obtain, coordinate, facilitate, promote, finance, encourage, aid, abet, conceal, or otherwise participate in human trafficking, sex trafficking, sexual exploitation, or abuse.

Users must not knowingly assist another person or organization in committing, facilitating, encouraging, concealing, or coordinating trafficking, exploitation, or abuse.

Prohibited activity includes, without limitation:

• Recruiting or soliciting people for trafficking;
• Advertising or arranging trafficked persons or services;
• Using threats, coercion, deception, force, or abuse of vulnerability;
• Facilitating or coordinating sexual exploitation;
• Profiting from trafficking or exploitation;
• Aiding or abetting trafficking or exploitation;
• Encouraging another person to engage in trafficking or exploitation;
• Concealing trafficking or exploitation; or
• Using Kissu to communicate for the purpose of committing or facilitating trafficking, exploitation, or abuse.

4. Child Sexual Exploitation and Abuse (CSEA) and CSAM

Kissu has zero tolerance for child sexual exploitation and abuse (CSEA) and child sexual abuse material (CSAM).

Users must never:

• Create, upload, possess, request, send, distribute, or share CSAM;
• Sexualize or sexually exploit a minor;
• Solicit sexual content from a minor;
• Groom a minor for sexual purposes;
• Promote or normalize sexual activity involving minors;
• Threaten or blackmail a minor using sexual content;
• Facilitate sexual exploitation of a minor;
• Direct another person to CSAM or CSEA-related material;
• Encourage another person to engage in CSEA; or
• Use Kissu to arrange, facilitate, aid, or conceal the sexual exploitation or abuse of a minor.

Suspected CSEA or CSAM may result in immediate account restriction or termination and may be preserved, reported, or disclosed to appropriate authorities or organizations where required or permitted by applicable law.

5. Sexually Explicit Content

Kissu is a dating and social matching platform, not an adult-content platform.

Sexually explicit content is prohibited in profiles and other public-facing or discoverable areas of Kissu, including when the content depicts consenting adults.

This prohibition applies to:

• Profile photographs;
• Profile biographies and “About Me” sections;
• Stories;
• Public or discoverable photographs and videos;
• Public or discoverable text;
• Usernames or profile information containing explicit sexual material;
• Other publicly visible or discoverable user content.

Prohibited content includes, without limitation:

• Nudity presented in a sexually explicit manner;
• Explicit sexual acts;
• Pornographic content;
• Graphic sexual descriptions intended as explicit sexual content;
• Sexually explicit solicitation;
• Sexual exploitation content;
• Content depicting sexual violence; and
• Other sexually explicit material prohibited by Kissu's policies.

Consent between adults does not make sexually explicit profile, Story, or other public-facing content permissible on Kissu.

6. Sexual Violence, Coercion and Abuse

Sexual violence, sexual abuse, coercion, and threats of sexual violence are strictly prohibited.

Users must not:

• Threaten sexual violence;
• Promote or encourage sexual violence;
• Use Kissu to facilitate sexual assault or abuse;
• Coerce another person into sexual activity;
• Use threats, manipulation, or blackmail to obtain sexual content;
• Glorify or promote non-consensual sexual activity;
• Aid or facilitate sexual abuse; or
• Encourage another person to commit sexual violence or abuse.

7. Non-Consensual Content and Intimate Imagery

Kissu prohibits non-consensual content and non-consensual intimate imagery (NCII), including content commonly referred to as revenge porn.

Users must not:

• Upload, publish, send, distribute, or share another person's intimate image, video, or sexual content without that person's consent;
• Threaten to publish or distribute intimate content without consent;
• Use intimate material to blackmail, extort, threaten, humiliate, manipulate, or control another person;
• Request, purchase, distribute, or promote intimate material known or reasonably suspected to have been obtained without consent;
• Create or distribute deceptive or manipulated intimate content intended to depict a real person without consent; or
• Encourage, facilitate, aid, or assist another person in distributing non-consensual intimate content.

8. Commercial Sexual Services

Kissu must not be used to advertise, solicit, arrange, purchase, sell, promote, or facilitate commercial sexual services.

This includes, without limitation:

• Prostitution;
• Escort services offered for sexual activity;
• Paid sexual encounters;
• Sexual services exchanged for money or other compensation;
• Sex trafficking;
• Commercial sexual exploitation; or
• Other unlawful commercial sexual activity.

9. Harassment, Threats and Abusive Conduct

Kissu users must respect the safety, dignity, consent, and boundaries of other users.

Users must not:

• Harass another person;
• Threaten another person;
• Stalk or intimidate another user;
• Blackmail or extort another person;
• Repeatedly contact someone who has clearly disengaged;
• Encourage violence against another person;
• Coordinate harassment;
• Threaten to expose another person's private information; or
• Use Kissu to facilitate abuse.

10. Fraud, Scams and Deception

Users must not use Kissu to deceive, defraud, or financially exploit another person.

Prohibited conduct includes:

• Romance scams;
• Fraudulent requests for money;
• Investment or cryptocurrency scams;
• Phishing;
• Identity theft;
• Fake payment requests;
• Requests for passwords or authentication codes;
• Malicious or deceptive links;
• Financial exploitation;
• Fraudulent chargeback activity; and
• Other deceptive schemes.

11. Impersonation and Fake Profiles

Users must not impersonate another person or create materially deceptive identities for fraudulent, abusive, or exploitative purposes.

Users must not:

• Use another person's identity deceptively;
• Use stolen profile photographs;
• Materially misrepresent their age or identity;
• Create fake profiles for scams or abuse;
• Impersonate Kissu staff; or
• Falsely claim to represent Kuteking Global, LLC or another organization.

12. Spam, Automation and Platform Abuse

Users must not:

• Send unsolicited bulk or repetitive messages;
• Create accounts primarily for spam;
• Use unauthorized automation or bots;
• Scrape user information without authorization;
• Manipulate Kissu's matching or discovery systems;
• Manipulate referral or affiliate systems;
• Fraudulently obtain rewards or premium benefits;
• Attempt to circumvent account restrictions or bans;
• Attempt to bypass safety or moderation systems;
• Attempt to bypass payment systems;
• Interfere with Kissu's infrastructure; or
• Attempt unauthorized access to Kissu systems or user accounts.

13. Consent and User Boundaries

Matching with another user does not create an obligation to respond, continue communicating, share personal information, enter a Private Lounge, meet in person, or establish any relationship.

Purchasing VIP, sending a digital gift, purchasing a Boost, using a Super Like, or purchasing any other premium Kissu feature does not purchase another user's consent, attention, affection, contact information, or continued communication.

Users must respect another person's decision to stop communicating, decline an invitation, block an account, or otherwise establish a boundary.

14. Private Lounges

Private Lounge is an optional feature that may allow eligible matched users to continue communicating through Telegram.

Participation in a Private Lounge must be voluntary.

The availability or purchase of a Kissu feature does not entitle one user to another person's personal information or consent.

Users must continue to comply with Kissu's Terms of Service and this Acceptable Use Policy when using Kissu-related Private Lounge functionality.

Users should exercise caution before voluntarily sharing phone numbers, addresses, financial information, identification documents, passwords, verification codes, or other sensitive information.

15. Automated and AI-Assisted Safety Systems

Kissu uses or may implement automated systems and AI-assisted technologies to help identify potential fraud, scams, abuse, exploitation, prohibited content, suspicious activity, and violations of Kissu's policies.

These systems may contribute to content being flagged for review or to safety and enforcement actions, depending on the circumstances and Kissu's enforcement processes.

Kissu may combine automated detection with user reports, blocking tools, administrative review, and other safety measures.

Automated systems are not perfect and Kissu does not guarantee that every violation or harmful user will be detected.

16. Reporting Violations

Users are encouraged to report accounts, content, or conduct that they reasonably believe violates this Policy.

Reports may be reviewed and may contribute to safety or enforcement actions.

Users may also block other users using available Kissu safety tools.

If you believe you or another person is in immediate physical danger, contact the appropriate local emergency or law-enforcement authority.

17. Enforcement

Kissu may investigate suspected violations and take action depending on the nature, severity, context, and available information.

Actions may include:

• Removing or restricting content;
• Issuing warnings;
• Limiting access to particular features;
• Restricting profile visibility;
• Temporarily suspending an account;
• Permanently terminating an account;
• Preventing attempts to circumvent enforcement;
• Preserving relevant records where appropriate; and
• Reporting or disclosing information to appropriate authorities or organizations where required or permitted by applicable law.

Serious violations involving child sexual exploitation, CSAM, human trafficking, sex trafficking, sexual exploitation, credible threats, fraud, or other unlawful activity may receive immediate enforcement.

18. Changes to This Policy

Kissu may update this Acceptable Use Policy to reflect changes to the Service, our safety standards, applicable law, regulatory requirements, or our operations.

When this Policy changes, we will update the effective date.

Where required by applicable law or appropriate for material changes, additional notice may be provided.
