This Privacy Policy explains how Kuteking Global, LLC (“Kissu,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, processes, stores, shares, and protects information when you use Kissu, including the Kissu Telegram bot, Telegram Mini App, website, built-in chat, Stories, Private Lounge features, and related services (collectively, the “Service”).

Kissu is an online dating and social matching service intended only for adults who are at least 18 years old and meet the applicable legal age requirements in their jurisdiction.

By using Kissu, you acknowledge the information practices described in this Privacy Policy.

1. Information We Collect

The information we collect depends on how you interact with Kissu and which features you use.

A. Account and Telegram Information

When you access Kissu through Telegram, we may receive information made available through Telegram, including:

• Telegram user ID;
• Telegram username;
• First and last name, where available;
• Profile information made available to Kissu;
• Language or other account-related information made available through Telegram; and
• Information necessary to authenticate and maintain your Kissu account.

Telegram may independently collect and process information according to its own privacy practices.

B. Dating Profile Information

When you create or update your Kissu profile, we may collect information including:

• Name or display name;
• Age or date-of-birth-related information;
• Gender;
• Dating and discovery preferences;
• Location or location information you provide;
• Profile photographs and other uploaded media;
• Biography or “About Me” information;
• Interests;
• Relationship preferences;
• Other information you voluntarily provide through your profile.

Because Kissu is a dating service, some information you voluntarily provide may reveal or relate to sensitive aspects of your personal life, relationships, preferences, or identity.

You should only provide information that you are comfortable sharing with Kissu and, where applicable, other users.

C. Discovery, Likes and Matching Information

When you use Kissu's discovery and matching features, we may collect or generate information including:

• Profiles shown to you;
• Swipes, likes, passes, and similar actions;
• Users who express interest in you;
• Matches;
• Search and discovery preferences;
• Match and interaction history;
• Profile visibility and boost activity; and
• Other signals generated through your use of Kissu.

We may use this information to operate, personalize, evaluate, and improve Kissu's discovery and matching features.

D. Messages and Communications

When you use Kissu's built-in chat or other Kissu-operated communication features, we process information necessary to provide and protect those services.

This may include:

• Messages you send and receive;
• Sender and recipient information;
• Conversation and match identifiers;
• Message timestamps;
• Delivery and interaction information where available; and
• Reports, blocks, or safety actions associated with conversations.

Kissu may process communications where reasonably necessary to provide the messaging service, operate safety and moderation systems, investigate reports, enforce our Terms of Service and Acceptable Use Policy, prevent fraud or abuse, protect users, or comply with legal obligations.

E. Stories and User-Generated Content

When you use Kissu Stories or other content-sharing features, we may process:

• Photos, videos, text, and other submitted content;
• Story views;
• Likes, reactions, or expressions of interest;
• Interaction timestamps;
• Resulting matches or conversations; and
• Safety or moderation information associated with that content.

Content you intentionally publish through discoverable features may be visible to other Kissu users according to the functionality and settings of those features.

F. Private Lounge Information

Kissu may allow eligible matched users to access an optional Private Lounge through Telegram.

Private Lounges use Telegram functionality and are distinct from Kissu's built-in chat.

Kissu may process information necessary to create, associate, manage, secure, or record the status of a Private Lounge, including:

• Users associated with the Lounge;
• Match and Lounge identifiers;
• Creation and status information;
• Reports or blocks initiated through Kissu;
• Safety and enforcement actions; and
• Information reasonably necessary to administer the feature.

Information processed independently by Telegram in connection with Private Lounges is subject to Telegram's own privacy practices.

Users should exercise caution before voluntarily sharing phone numbers, usernames, addresses, financial information, or other personal information with another user.

G. Payments, Gifts and Subscription Information

When you purchase, send, receive, or use Kissu VIP, digital gifts, boosts, or other premium features, we may collect or process:

• Transaction identifiers;
• Product or subscription purchased;
• Purchase amount or digital currency amount;
• Payment or transaction status;
• Subscription status and duration;
• Gift sender and recipient information where applicable;
• Boost activity;
• Payment confirmation; and
• Transaction history.

Payments will be processed through authorized third-party payment providers, depending on where and how a transaction occurs.

Kissu does not store complete payment-card numbers when payment credentials are handled directly by third-party payment providers.

H. Referral, Affiliate and Marketing Information

If you access Kissu through a referral, advertising campaign, creator, affiliate, or promotional link, we may collect information including:

• Referral identifiers;
• Campaign identifiers;
• Referral source;
• Affiliate or creator attribution;
• Registration and conversion events;
• Activity associated with the referral or campaign; and
• Purchase attribution where applicable.

We may use this information to operate referral and affiliate programs, understand how people discover Kissu, evaluate marketing effectiveness, calculate eligible rewards, and prevent referral or promotional abuse.

2. How We Use Your Information

We may use information collected through Kissu to:

• Create, authenticate, and maintain user accounts;
• Create and manage dating profiles;
• Operate discovery, likes, matching, and communication features;
• Personalize profile discovery and matching;
• Provide Kissu's built-in chat;
• Operate Stories and other social features;
• Facilitate eligible Private Lounge functionality;
• Provide VIP, gifts, boosts, and other premium features;
• Process, verify, and reconcile transactions;
• Send service-related notifications and communications;
• Provide customer support;
• Measure product performance and engagement;
• Understand and improve user experience;
• Measure advertising, referral, affiliate, and creator campaigns;
• Detect and investigate fraud, scams, spam, impersonation, abuse, exploitation, and suspicious activity;
• Operate and improve automated and AI-assisted safety, fraud-detection, abuse-prevention, and content-moderation systems;
• Process reports and blocks;
• Enforce our Terms of Service and Acceptable Use Policy;
• Protect Kissu, our users, and others;
• Maintain, troubleshoot, and improve the Service;
• Comply with applicable legal obligations and valid legal requests; and
• Establish, exercise, or defend legal rights where appropriate.

3. Safety, AI-Assisted Moderation and Abuse Prevention

Because Kissu is an online dating and social matching platform, we use safety and moderation measures designed to identify and respond to prohibited, harmful, fraudulent, exploitative, or suspicious activity.

Kissu uses or may implement automated systems and AI-assisted moderation technologies to help identify potential violations of our Terms of Service, Acceptable Use Policy, and safety standards.

Depending on the feature and information available, these systems may analyze or evaluate relevant information such as:

• Profile information and biographies;
• Profile photos and other uploaded media;
• Stories and other user-generated content;
• Messages and communications processed through Kissu-operated communication features;
• Account activity and behavioral signals;
• Likes, matches, interaction patterns, and other activity where relevant to safety or abuse detection;
• Reports, blocks, and enforcement history;
• Technical, fraud-prevention, and security signals; and
• Other information reasonably necessary to identify potential policy violations or protect users.

Automated and AI-assisted systems may help identify potential:

• Fraud, scams, spam, and suspicious activity;
• Fake, deceptive, or impersonating profiles;
• Harassment, threats, coercion, or abuse;
• Sexually explicit or otherwise prohibited content;
• Sexual exploitation or sexual violence;
• Human trafficking or sex trafficking;
• Child sexual exploitation and abuse;
• Non-consensual intimate imagery;
• Attempts to circumvent Kissu's safety systems; and
• Other conduct prohibited by our policies or applicable law.

Automated or AI-generated safety signals may result in content being flagged for further review or may contribute to safety and enforcement measures, such as warnings, content restrictions, feature limitations, account restrictions, suspension, or termination, depending on the circumstances and Kissu's enforcement processes.

Kissu may combine automated detection with user reporting, blocking tools, administrative review, and other moderation and enforcement measures.

AI-assisted moderation is intended to support user safety and platform integrity. Automated systems are not perfect and may produce incorrect or incomplete results.

We do not guarantee that automated systems, AI-assisted moderation, administrative review, or other safety measures will detect or prevent every harmful user, communication, or policy violation.

4. Information Visible to Other Users

Kissu is a dating and social service. Certain information is therefore intended to be shared with other users.

Depending on the features you use, other users may be able to see information including:

• Your profile name;
• Age;
• Gender or other displayed profile information;
• General profile location;
• Profile photographs;
• Biography;
• Interests;
• Dating preferences where displayed;
• Stories;
• Activity information made visible through the Service; and
• Your interactions with them.

Messages you send are visible to their intended recipients.

Your phone number is not intended to be displayed publicly merely because Kissu uses it for account-related functionality or verification.

If you voluntarily provide personal information to another user, including through a Private Lounge or another communication method, that person may save, copy, or share the information outside Kissu.

Kissu cannot control what another person does with information you voluntarily disclose to them.

5. How We Share Information

Kissu does not sell your personal information.

We may share or make information available in the following circumstances.

A. Other Kissu Users

Profile information and content that you intentionally make discoverable may be displayed to other Kissu users as necessary to provide the dating and social features of the Service.

B. Service Providers

We may use third-party service providers to support functions such as:

• Hosting and infrastructure;
• Database services;
• Media storage and delivery;
• Payment processing;
• Analytics;
• Security and abuse prevention;
• Content moderation;
• AI-assisted safety systems;
• Customer support; and
• Other technical and operational functions.

These providers may process information as necessary to provide services to Kissu and subject to applicable contractual and legal requirements.

C. Telegram

Kissu operates substantially through Telegram. Information exchanged with or independently processed by Telegram is subject to Telegram's own terms and privacy practices.

D. Payment Providers

Transaction information may be shared with or processed by Telegram and other authorized payment providers used for eligible transactions.

E. Legal, Safety and Enforcement Reasons

We may preserve, access, or disclose information when we reasonably believe doing so is necessary to:

• Comply with applicable law, regulation, court order, or valid legal process;
• Respond to lawful requests from competent authorities;
• Protect the rights, safety, or security of Kissu, our users, or others;
• Investigate fraud, exploitation, trafficking, abuse, or other serious misconduct;
• Enforce our Terms, policies, or agreements; or
• Establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.

F. Business Transactions

If Kissu or Kuteking Global, LLC is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, restructuring, sale of assets, or similar transaction, information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to applicable law.

6. Data Retention

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy.

This may include retaining information as necessary to:

• Operate Kissu;
• Maintain user accounts;
• Provide requested features;
