Refund & Cancellation Policy

VIP Purchases

Kissu offers optional paid VIP subscriptions and premium features. The price, duration, currency and included benefits are displayed before purchase.

Cancellation

If a subscription automatically renews, users may cancel future renewals using the cancellation method made available for that purchase or by contacting Kissu Support.

Cancellation prevents future renewal but does not ordinarily remove access to benefits already paid for during the remaining purchased period.

Refund Requests

Refund eligibility depends on the circumstances of the purchase, the payment method used, applicable platform rules and applicable consumer law.

If you believe you were charged incorrectly, experienced a technical problem that prevented delivery of a purchased feature, or have another payment issue, contact Kissu Support.

Please provide:

• Your Kissu/Telegram account information;
• Transaction or receipt identifier;
• Date of purchase;
• Description of the issue.

Telegram Purchases

Purchases made through Telegram may also be subject to Telegram's payment, refund and platform rules.

Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy limits refund, cancellation or other consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
